Individuals who are eligible to form a support bubble may choose to do so with their partner and where this is not possible, couples can meet up outside. Guidance states “You do not need to socially distance from anyone you are in an established relationship with outdoors. If in the early stages of a relationship, you should take particular care to follow the guidance on social distancing.”
