Self-harm and Suicide

Question to the Department of Health and Social Care:

To ask the Secretary of State for Health, what information he holds on the rates of (a) suicide and (b) self harm for (i) 11 to 18 year olds, (ii) 19 to 24 year olds, (iii) people aged 25 or older in each clinical commissioning group in England in each of the last five years.
