Question to the Cabinet Office:

To ask the Minister for the Cabinet Office, what the average income was for an (a) public and (b) private sector employee for each income decile in each of the last thirty years; and if he will make a statement.

The information requested falls within the responsibility of the UK Statistics Authority. I have asked the Authority to reply.
