Question to the Department of Health and Social Care:
To ask the Secretary of State for Health, if he will publish the number of CAMHS Tier 4 beds in (a) 2010 and (b) 2017.

The number of Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS) Tier 4 beds in 2010 is not available.
The April 2017 data on the number of CAMHS Tier 4 beds is collected as part of NHS England’s commissioning responsibilities and is not currently published. Provisional data shows that the number of beds in April 2017 was 1,449 (up from 1,263 in January 2014). Final data has not yet been published.
