Question to the Home Office:
To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department, whether Randox Testing Services have notified her of any changes to its procedures; and what assessment she has made of the ability of Randox Testing Services to re-test potential unreliable samples.

The National Police Chiefs’ Council is overseeing the retesting of samples potentially impacted by the alleged manipulation at RTS. Independent forensic service providers (not RTS) are carrying out the retesting.
