The Department for Transport’s latest business case for the Thameslink Programme records estimated total benefits of £9.6 billion in 2010 prices, and a benefit cost ratio of 1.24 to 1. This was reported in the National Audit Office report ‘Update on the Thameslink Programme’ published on 23 November.
