Asylum: Children

Question to the Home Office:

To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department, pursuant to the Answer of 20 November 2017 to Question 113318, whether her Department collected data on the number of people aged 18 to 25 who applied for asylum as unaccompanied children and were then served with removal directions in previous years.

Service of Removal Directions to adult failed asylum seekers does not take into consideration whether the individuals were former unaccompanied asylum seeking children.
