Question to the Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office:

To ask the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs, what discussions he has had with his US counterpart on reports that the US Government is replacing its Presidential Policy Guidance with Principles, Standards and Procedures governing US lethal actions outside of areas of active hostilities.

​Foreign and Commonwealth Office officials have had exploratory discussions with the US Government to seek clarity on the direction of US policy in this area.
