Question to the Attorney General:
To ask the Attorney General, how many people opted to review decisions made by the Crown Prosecution Service not to prosecute their cases in the financial year 2016-17.

In 2016/17, the CPS received 1,988 Victims Right to Review (VRR) appeals.
