As the Chancellor stated in his Autumn Budget 2017 speech, over the next five years the Government will commit a total of at least £44 billion of capital funding, loans and guarantees to support our housing market.

This funding will be used for a variety of purposes, including for compulsory purchase, but also for identification of sites, supporting small and medium enterprise builders, guarantees to support house building, transforming our rundown estates and more.
