Question to the Home Office:

To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department, with reference to her Department's Special Grant Guidance updated on 28 November 2017, whether Greater Manchester Police will be required to fund costs of up to one per cent of that force's budget before receiving her Department's funding for the Manchester Arena terrorist attack of 22 May 2017.
