To ask the Secretary of State for Communities and Local Government, what steps his Department has taken to reduce the number of access refusals of guide dogs owners?

Under the Equality Act 2010, service providers have an anticipatory duty to make reasonable adjustments to provide access to their buildings or services, which should include access for guide dog owners.
