Question to the Department for Transport:
To ask the Secretary of State for Transport, what assessment he has made of the effect of the cancellation of HS2 and Northern Powerhouse Rail on the delivery of the Government's Levelling Up agenda with respect to York.

The Government has not cancelled HS2 or Northern Powerhouse Rail, so there is no such assessment to be made.
