Question to the Department for Work and Pensions:

To ask the Secretary of State for Work and Pensions, what plans he has to make an assessment of the effectiveness of his Department's pilot for recording face-to-face medical assessments for PIP.

We recently conducted a pilot to consider whether there are any benefits to recording face-to-face assessments. We are currently considering the findings of this pilot, and will use the evidence gathered to make sure we can continue to improve the assessments process.
