Question to the Department for Work and Pensions:

To ask the Secretary of State for Work and Pensions, pursuant to the Answer of 12 October 2015 to Question 10360, how many sanctions have been applied due to claimants not ticking the appropriate box on NHS charges claims forms when claiming help with NHS health costs in cases where the claim forms do not include such a box.

There has been no change to the position since I replied to PQ 10360; We are in active conversations with the Department of Health about the content of their forms.
