Question to the HM Treasury:

To ask the Chancellor of the Exchequer, how many fines were issued by HMRC in 2022 for breaches of the UK's arms export regime.

I refer the honourable member to the question UIN 117615 answered on 9 January 2023.

HMRC has issued 18 compound settlements from January to October 2022 for breaches of the UK arms export regime. The details for each of those settlements are within each of the following links:
