Question to the Home Office:

To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department, what steps her Department is taking to ensure that foreign students who come to the UK to study pilot training can continue to do so after the UK has left the EU.

As we prepare to leave the EU, we will build a comprehensive picture of the needs and interests of all parts of the UK, including different sectors, businesses and communities, and look to develop a system that works for all.

We have commissioned the Migration Advisory Committee to gather evidence and assess the economic and social impact of EU citizens in all parts of the UK. This will help us to design a new immigration system that works in the national interest.
