Question to the Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy:
To ask the Secretary of State for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy, how many times his Department's Senior Information Risk Officer roles been vacant for a week or longer since 2012.

BEIS was created in July 2016. The Senior Information Risk Officer (SIRO) role has not been vacant at any time since the creation of the Department.
