Question to the Department of Health and Social Care:

To ask the Secretary of State for Health, what estimate he has made of the amount of funding from the public purse allocated to the provision of abortion and abortion-related services in the UK in 2016.

Abortion services in England are commissioned locally by clinical commissioning groups. Information on funding allocated locally for abortion services is not collected centrally.
