Question to the Department for Work and Pensions:

To ask the Secretary of State for Work and Pensions, with reference to Memo ADM 30/17 paragraph 7, what evidence is used to inform a LEAP exercise review of a claimant's Personal Independence Payment award.

We will use existing evidence that we hold for claimants. Where this is insufficient, we will seek further evidence.
