Question to the Department of Health and Social Care:
To ask the Secretary of State for Health and Social Care, on what date his Department's Parliamentary Question Performance Recovery Plan was completed; and if he will place a copy of that plan in the Library.

The Parliamentary Questions Recovery Plan is an iterative document that is constantly being updated and therefore a finalised document is not available. I set out further detail on the steps we are taking in response to the hon. Member’s question on 19 November, Official Report, columns 461-471, and I have also written to the Chair of the Procedure Committee.
