Question to the HM Treasury:

To ask Mr Chancellor of the Exchequer, pursuant to the Answer of 5 September 2017 to Question 5727, on Department of Health: Private Finance Initiative, when the revised value for money guidance on public private partnerships will be published.

Public Private Partnerships should be assessed in line with The HM Treasury’s Green Book, which is currently being revised and will be published in due course.
