To ask the Secretary of State for Health and Social Care, what guidance his Department issues to care providers on possible power outages.

The Department regularly meets with regional and local stakeholders to encourage business continuity planning within the health and social care sector. Care providers should engage with their relevant Local Resilience Forums who prepare for and mitigate a range of risks including power outages.
