Question to the Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office:

To ask the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs, how many new embassies and consulates the Government anticipates it will need to establish if the UK can no longer be represented by another EU member state when the UK leaves the EU.

We do not anticipate any requirement to open additional embassies or consulates as a result of EU Exit.
