Question to the Department for Transport:
To ask the Secretary of State for Transport, whether he plans to fully legalise the use of e-scooters before the next General Election.

The Department intends to create a Low-speed Zero Emission Vehicle (LZEV) category that is independent from the cycle and motor vehicle categories, when parliamentary time allows.
