Question to the Department for Transport:

To ask the Secretary of State for Transport, whether he has a timeframe for Great British Railways to have a single ticketing platform.

Great British Railways will become an online retailer in its own right, ending the current confusion passengers face with multiple train operating company websites. The Rail Delivery Group is working to procure what will become Great British Railways’ website and app for ticket retailing. We will provide further detail in due course.
