Question to the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs:

To ask the Secretary of State for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs, from which local authorities he has received representations on their waste processing capacity as a result of the ban by China on importing certain types of waste from the UK.

To date Defra has not received any representation from local authorities on their waste processing capacity as a result of the ban by China on waste imports.
