To ask the Secretary of State for Work and Pensions, how many and what proportion of of claimants have successfully appealed a jobseeker's allowance sanction by jobcentre in each year since 2012.

Statistics on the number of individuals receiving a Jobseeker’s Allowance sanction decision by Jobcentre Plus office, decision type, outcome and appeal outcome are published and available at:
