Question to the Home Office:
To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department, what steps her Department is taking to reduce the number of IS.96 notices that are sent in error.
The number of IS.96 notices sent in error, and average timescale taken to contact those issued incorrectly, are not recorded in a way which can be reported on without breaching the disproportionate cost threshold.
