Question to the Department of Health and Social Care:
To ask the Secretary of State for Health and Social Care, what assessment he has made of data from Canada on the effect on the transmission of covid-19 of thanksgiving celebrations in October; and if he will make a statement.

We regularly engage in discussions with international partners, including Canada, in relation to the COVID-19 pandemic. However, no specific assessment has been made on the transmission of COVID-19 and thanksgiving celebrations in Canada.
