Question to the Department of Health and Social Care:

To ask the Secretary of State for Health and Social Care, how many overseas qualified dentists are waiting for a Performer Number by country of origin; and what the the average waiting time has been to receive such a number in each of the last three years.

Information is not held centrally on the number of dentists who qualified overseas who are waiting for a Performer Number or on the average turnaround time for applications to join the National Dental Performers List.
