Question to the HM Treasury:

To ask Mr Chancellor of the Exchequer, what representations his Department received from UK companies on the (a) negotiation and (b) ratification of the new tax treaty with Lesotho.

No representations were received from UK companies on (a) the negotiation or (b) the ratification of the new tax treaty with Lesotho. It was Lesotho who approached the UK to seek renegotiation.
