To ask the Secretary of State for Health and Social Care, whether the terms of reference of the HIV Action Plan Implementation Group will be made public; and if he will make a statement.

The first meeting of the HIV Action Plan Implementation Steering Group is planned for April 2022. The terms of reference and membership are currently being finalised and will be published on GOV.UK once agreed by the HIV Action Plan Implementation Steering Group.
