Question to the HM Treasury:
To ask Mr Chancellor of the Exchequer, whether HMRC has held discussions with Appleby or any of Appleby’s clients named in the Paradise Papers.

This Government is clear that everyone has a responsibility to pay the tax that is owed. HM Revenue and Customs (HMRC) cannot comment on individual cases, but it will investigate any allegations of wrongdoing brought to its attention.
