Question to the Department of Health and Social Care:
To ask the Secretary of State for Health and Social Care, pursuant to the Answer of 29 January 2018 to Question 123750 and with reference to the Answer of 8 November 2016 to Question 51429, whether the advice that was provided to him by NHS England which is contained in the latter Answer that National Health Service trusts that had incurred costs had invoiced Coperforma directly was updated after 5 December 2016; and if he will make a statement.
