Question to the Department for Transport:

To ask the Secretary of State for Transport, a) what estimate her Department has made, in each set of projections published since 1 January 2019, of the proportion of new car registrations that will be zero emission vehicles in 2027 under (i) central, (ii) low, and (iii) high uptake scenarios; b) on what dates those projections were published; and c) what assessment her Department has made of the reasons for any changes in those projections over time.
