To ask the Secretary of State for Energy and Climate Change, what assessment she has made of the effect of proposed changes to the feed-in-tariff on solar firms and small businesses in (a) Lewisham Deptford constituency, (b) London Borough of Lewisham, (c) London and (d) England.
