Question to the Cabinet Office:

To ask the Minister for the Cabinet Office, pursuant to the answer of 31 March 2026 to Question 113783 on Cabinet Office: Reviews, whether the Propriety and Ethics Team took a preliminary view on whether the Ministerial Code was broken before the matter was referred.

It has not proved possible to respond to the Hon Member in the time available before Prorogation.
