Question to the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government:

To ask the Secretary of State for Housing, Communities and Local Government, how many s215 notices were used by each local authority in each of the last seven years.

This information is not collected centrally. Local authorities have a discretionary power under Section 215 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 to deal with derelict land and buildings.
