Court Orders: Electronic Government

Question to the HM Treasury:

To ask Mr Chancellor of the Exchequer, whether his Department has issued guidelines to all HMRC employees regarding the acceptance as case evidence of electronic court orders issued by HM Courts and Tribunals Service in the event that a paper version is not issued.

HMRC complies with all court orders, whether issued electronically or in paper format. HMRC does not treat court orders differently depending on the format in which they are received, and therefore does not issue guidance addressing this particular point.
