Question to the Department for Transport:
To ask the Secretary of State for Transport, what the timetable is for the announcement of the new franchise for the Midland Mainline.
This question was answered on 20th February 2018
The announcement of the winning bidder for the next East Midlands franchise is due in Spring 2019, with the new franchise due to start in August 2019.
