Question to the Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office:
To ask the Secretary of State for Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Affairs, what assessment she has made of whether Russia has developed an (a) economic, (b) diplomatic or (c) industrial relationship with countries other than those that are part of NATO.

Russia seeks to have economic, diplomatic and industrial relations with a very wide range of countries. It is our assessment that there is no doubt that these will be severely impacted by Russia's aggressive and unlawful actions against Ukraine.
