Question to the Department for Transport:
To ask the Secretary of State for Transport, what estimate his Department has made of the number of units for rent or sale for commercial use which will be built by Network Rail or its contractors by 2020.

Network Rail does not hold estimates of the number of commercial and retail units to be built by 2020.
