Question to the Home Office:

To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department, how many current asylum applicants' claims have taken more than 182 days to process.

The Home Office does not publish data relating to the number of cases where a decision has been made after 6 months, however, the data on the number of cases awaiting decision for more than 6 months can be found on the tab ASY 11 in the below link:
