Question to the Home Office:
To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department, how many rough sleepers have been (a) arrested and (b) prosecuted under the Vagrancy Act 1824 in (i) England and (ii) Wales in each of the last five years for which figures are available.

The Home Office does not hold centrally the information requested on the number of individuals arrested and prosecuted for rough sleeping.
