Question to the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs:

To ask the Secretary of State for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs, when she will publish the Government response to the Consultation on Biodiversity Net Gain Regulations and Implementation.

We remain committed to the implementation of mandatory biodiversity net gain and will publish the response to the consultation on Biodiversity Net Gain Regulations and Implementation as soon as possible.
