Question to the Cabinet Office:

To ask the Minister for the Cabinet Office, whether the Cabinet Secretary has issued guidance in relation to the announcement of new government policies in the period before a new Prime Minister takes office.

The Cabinet Secretary has written to Heads of Departments to set out the principles of how the Civil Service should operate during this period.
