To ask the Minister for the Cabinet Office, how many applications to the One Public Estate programme included (a) joint ventures, (b) land swaps and (c) development by small and medium-sized enterprises in each of the last five years for which data is available.

One Public Estate does not typically collect the data requested. The information requested cannot be provided without incurring a disproportionate cost.
