Question to the Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy:
To ask the Secretary of State for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy, if he will publish the actuarial advice on which the surplus sharing arrangement in the Mineworker’s Pension Scheme was based.
This question was answered on 26th February 2018
No such advice was obtained. The arrangements were agreed between the Government, in its role as Guarantor, and the Scheme Trustees.
