To ask the Secretary of State for Work and Pensions, how many and what proportion of pensioners received the (a) lower and (b) higher rate of attendance allowance in each of the last seven years.
Information on the number and proportion of Attendance Allowance claimants receiving the lower and higher rate in each of the last seven years is contained in the table below:
